Academic Requirements

Candidate must possess LLB and BL

An LLM or MBA will be an added advantage

Candidate must have fifteen (15) years working experience, five of which should be in senior management position in a reputable organization

Technical Requirements

The successful candidate must have expertise in legislation and judicial systems

S/he will manage inquiries & disciplinary procedures

S/he will manage & coordinate external Legal Service provision

Candidates should also have relevant experience working with the board of an organisation (e.g. as a Company Secretary)

The successful candidate will also manage relationships with Stakeholders

Behavioral Requirements

The ideal candidate must subscribe to strict  standards  of  quality  and accuracy

S/he must be able to demonstrate a proven  track  record  of  dealing with  colleagues  with  diplomacy while  ensuring  rules  and regulations are strictly adhered to
