Academic Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Policy and Strategy, Insurance, Accounting, Actuarial Science

Relevant professional qualification is essential

Minimum of 20 years relevant post graduate experience of which at least five years should be at a senior level in the financial services sector

Technical Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing criteria for authorization of member organisations

S/he will oversee the development of appropriate policies that will serve as the bedrock for the organisation

S/he will oversee the development of procedures to support the developed policies and ensure enforcement of such policies

S/he will provide coaching, mentoring and leadership for the subordinates

S/he must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and oral) and highly developed team leadership and mentoring skills.
