<p>Job Title:         <strong>Assistant Director, Human Resources</strong></p>
<p><strong>Academic Requirements</strong></p>
<p>? Candidate must possess a master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities, preferably in Public/Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management, in addition to a good first degree which is not lower than Second Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline.</p>
<p>? Have a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience.</p>
<p>Preference will be given to candidates with previous management experience in human capital development.</p>
<p>? Have proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application</p>
<p>? Professional Membership of CIPMN or other related professional associations is a must.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Candidate must be able to provide a pragmatic support system for managing the careers of technical/professional and clerical staff within the organisation</p>
<p>Develop and implement relevant HR policies and procedures, interprets and administers HR –related provisions of collective bargaining agreement</p>
<p>S/he must be demonstrate knowledge and competencies to drive the HR function and value chain in collaboration with other team members</p>

<p>The candidate must develop a culture of participation  and maintaining  confidence  in the face of unpopular situations.</p>
